We produce highly precise turned parts and assemblies for you using state-of-the-art CNC long-turning machining centers and fixed-turning machines with loading systems.
EQUIPMENT:
- CNC sliding-head turning centers, fixed-head turning machines with loading systems
TECHNOLOGY:
- Bar machining up to 3 meters in length
- Sliding-head turning of complex workpieces up to a maximum diameter of 23 mm
- Fixed-head turning with loading systems (e.g., Fanuc robot loading)
- Part cleaning with an EMO wash-out system

We manufacture a wide variety of precision milled parts for you on state-of-the-art CNC 5-axis and 3-axis machining centers. Profile machining and combinations of turning and milling are no problem for our manufacturing experts.

- Bar milling up to 80 mm in diameter; bar length up to 780 mm
- 5-axis bar milling
TECHNOLOGY:
- In-house master CAM programming
- Multi-axis engraving of the finest lettering and decorative elements with high-frequency spindles, also with diamond tools
