Development
To find the best possible solution, we invest a lot of time in developing a customer-specific approach. Together with you, we develop a specification for you and a requirements specification for us as the manufacturer. In this step, we transform your customer-specific design into a plan.
Design
The design brief defines all the details: the surfaces, the fonts, decorations, dimensions, etc. Based on this, an initial, customized design sample is created.
To achieve excellent results, we naturally collaborate with experienced product designers.
FEASIBILITY STUDY

With a comprehensive feasibility study, we use our many years of experience to determine how your requirements and ideas can be best implemented. This includes:
- An initial assessment of the design drawings and detailed descriptions of the construction and planned production.
- An initial selection of components (e.g., mechanics, spring, lead system) and materials.
- The initial implementation in CAD as a 3D model and an initial process description.

We work with a modern, networked CAD-based design and manufacturing system. Reliable results: The samples are produced on our systems and machines using the tools that will later be used in series production. The materials used, as well as the feel, appearance, and weight, also correspond to the final product.
Our quotation preparation realistically reflects the subsequent series production process, as the processes are verified during the prototyping phase. Functional devices and the availability of all necessary technologies under one roof enable particularly rapid implementation. This also allows for modifications and adaptations to be implemented particularly flexibly and quickly. Even sampling of individual parts is possible.

We have high-quality control and measurement equipment at our disposal throughout all relevant production steps to ensure quality.
To obtain reliable test results at every stage, these controls are also integrated into the ongoing production process.

- X-ray fluorescence device for inspecting electroplated coatings

We can package your products in a high-quality gift box with an instruction manual, warranty card, etc. inside, to ensure they are suitable for the end user. We also offer the option of comprehensively personalizing your products. Options include laser engraving and/or printing with your brand name and logo.
